“X & Fashion” will assume the buyer fully inspects the goods upon receipt and unless notified otherwise within ten (10) days after the date of shipment, “X & Fashion “ will assume in any later discussion about the order that the shipment was received as ordered, inspected, had no initial defect and was accepted.

If the buyer does not want to accept the order anymore because the product is defective or does not comply with what was ordered, “X & Fashion” must be notified within fourteen (14) days after date of shipment.

Our return policy is simple. Buyer must contact “X & Fashion” and provide invoice/order number and reason for return in order to obtain a Return Reference Number. All returns must be shipped back to “X & Fashion” within 5 business days after obtaining a Return Reference Number. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
